Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)

 

Required for projects that may have significant environmental impacts. It certifies that the proposed project will not cause harm to the environment.

Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC)

 

Issued to projects or activities that are not expected to have a significant environmental impact and thus are not covered by the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) System.

Permit to Operate (PTO) Air Pollution Source and Control Installations

 

Required for facilities that emit air pollutants, ensuring that they have the necessary pollution control devices.

Water Discharge Permit

 

Needed for facilities that discharge wastewater into bodies of water, ensuring that the wastewater meets DENR standards.
